WAZIRI MUSULUMI OF EKITI STATE, ALHAJI AJIJOLA CONGRATULATES GOVERNOR OYEBANJI ON RESOUNDING RE-ELECTION VICTORY

The Waziri Musulumi of Ekiti State, Alhaji Abdul Rasak Ajijola, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO), on his successful re-election victory recorded during the gubernatorial election held on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

In a congratulatory message issued shortly after the announcement of the election results, Alhaji Ajijola described Governor Oyebanji's victory as a clear affirmation of the confidence and trust reposed in him by the people of Ekiti State.
The respected Islamic leader noted that the overwhelming support received by Governor Oyebanji at the polls reflects the widespread appreciation of his administration's commitment to good governance, infrastructural development, economic growth, youth empowerment, and inclusive leadership across the state.

According to Alhaji Ajijola, the governor's re-election is a testament to his exemplary performance and dedication to the welfare of the people. 

He commended the electorate for conducting themselves peacefully throughout the electoral process and for making their voices heard through democratic means.

The Waziri Musulumi expressed optimism that Governor Oyebanji's second term would bring even greater progress, prosperity, and development to Ekiti State especially to the Muslim community which he has shown remarkable love and support through political appointments and lots more before during and after Ramadan and Eid festivals.
He urged the governor to remain steadfast in his commitment to delivering the dividends of democracy while fostering unity among all segments of the state's population.

Alhaji Ajijola also called on political stakeholders and residents of the state to rally behind the governor as he begins another term in office, emphasizing the need for collective efforts toward advancing the growth and development of Ekiti State.
"On behalf of my family, associates, and the Muslim community led by Sheikh Jamiu Kewulere Bello (President General League of Imams and Alfas Yoruba Land, Edo and Delta States) I warmly congratulate His Excellency, Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on this remarkable electoral victory. May Almighty Allah grant him the wisdom, strength, and guidance needed to lead Ekiti State to greater heights," he stated.

The Waziri Musulumi concluded by wishing Governor Oyebanji a successful and impactful second term in office.

NAPAIS EKITI EMBARKS ON INAUGURATION OF ZONAL EXECUTIVES AS STATE CHAIRMAN HIGHLIGHTS SUCCESSES WITHIN FOUR YEARS

Executive of National Association of Proprietors of Arabic and Islamic Schools ( NAPAIS) in Ekiti State has inaugurated the Central Zone of the association being one of the four zones billed to be inaugurated in the State. Another zonal executive of the National Association of Proprietors of Arabic and Islamic Schools (NAPAIS) in Ekiti State has been inaugurated by the State Executive. The newly inaugurated zonal executive was Ekiti North following the inauguration of Ekiti Central Zonal Executive over a week ago. With the inauguration of Ekiti North and Ekiti Central Zonal Executives, the State Executive is expected to inaugurate two more zonal executives in the coming weeks.
