NAPAIS EKITI EMBARKS ON INAUGURATION OF ZONAL EXECUTIVES AS STATE CHAIRMAN HIGHLIGHTS SUCCESSES WITHIN FOUR YEARS

Executive of National Association of Proprietors of Arabic and Islamic Schools ( NAPAIS) in Ekiti State has inaugurated the Central Zone of the association being one of the four zones billed to be inaugurated in the State.

At the inauguration held in Ado Ekiti, the State Chairman of NAPAIS, Ustadh Salahudeen Muftau who was joined by other Executive members said the Ekiti Central Zone was the first zonal executive to be inaugurated in the State while others are to be inaugurated in the State.

He admonished the Central Zonal Executive to adhere strictly with the objectives and vision of the National and State bodies with a view to entrenching the association at the grassroots.

Ustadh Muftau being the NAPAIS State chairman highlighted the achievements and challenges of the association in the past four years that it surfaced in Ekiti State.

As the State executive, he noted that some of the the objectives of the association have been achieved including the presentation of the association constitution, past and present situations.

The Ekiti State chairman of NAPAIS said some of the achievements of the executive were the actualization of a uniform syllabus for all Arabic schools in Ekiti State, constitution of the association, registration under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)  as well as approval of an NBAIS examination center for Ekiti State. Furthermore, he informed that NAPAIS Ekiti State made frantic efforts and succeeded in its quests to expand the coast of the association across  South West Nigeria which he said has been accomplished in Oyo, Ondo, Osun, Ogun and Lagos States while the association now has a National recognition in view of its existence in  almost all the States of the country.

The constitution of the association was handed over to the newly inaugurated zonal executive members with a call on them to synergize with appropriate bodies and groups towards ensuring the association waxes stronger.

The Ekiti Central Zonal Executive of NAPAIS  headed by Alhaji Hassan Mudathir Osioyemi promised unalloyed commitment to the growth of the association in the zonal , the State and country at large .

In a statement issued  by the State PRO of NAPAIS, Shaykh Murtado Abdul,-Ganiyy  and signed by the State  Chairman of NAPAIS, Ustadh Salahudeen Muftau and State General Secretary, Shaykh  Tohirudeen Abdul- salaam said other members of the Ekiti Central Zonal Executive include Alhaji Hassan Mudathir Osioyemi from Ado Local Government as coordinator, Alhaji Ibrahim Ibrahim Abdulazeez from Gbonyin Local government as Assistant Coordinator and Shaykh Tijani Sirajudeen Adebayo from Irepodun/Irepodun as General Secretary.

Other members of the executive are Alhaji Sulainan Solihu as Treasurer.

Ojo Abdul- Saratu as Financial Secretary and Shaykh Muyideen Waliyullah as Public Relations Officer.

The State executive informed the press that other zones that will be inaugurated in the coming weeks are NAPAIS Ekiti North, NAPAIS Ekiti South and NAPAIS Ekiti West.

Their responsibilities are to complement the efforts of the State executive in tandem with the vision of the National Executive and members.

The chairman of suurah committee of NAPAIS and the Ekiti State Formation, Shaykh Abdulazeez Abubakar Adekilekun and Secretary, Sulainan Hassan Olanase urged the Ekiti Central Zone executive not to betray the confidence reposed in them by the State executive noting that Allah the greatest judge shall judge every human according to his or her deeds and misdeeds.

He added that all those selected were considered based on their antecedents and track records which were described as laudable and enviable.
