As Muslims , let's improve on our gratitude to Allah at all times.

Even if we lack some basic necessities of life or we are not where we ought to be while thinking time is running out, let's reflect on the too numerous good things that Allah has done and still doing for us and our household.

Can you imagine that while you and I wake up happily in our homes with our family members, many Muslims like us are wailing and crying unto Allah over the devastating predicament that have befallen them.

Some days ago. I stumbled on a video on Facebook where a whole house was burnt down by fire that no one knows it's source nor cause and it claimed the life of a Muslim man while all residents lost their valuables and property to the inferno.

Sadly, I also heard about a Muslim man who is currently in prison (Correctional Center) and also fell sick without proper care nor food to eat and no hope of freedom at least for now.

He needed the sum of 25k (Twenty five thousand Naira only) as hospital bill .

I was reluctant to solicit nor seek financial assistance again from our Muslim brethren but I've been restless since I heard the pathetic story from my persistent partner and Islamisgood Care Foundation Secretary who knows the real story of how the Muslim man became a prisoner of circumstance due to some infinitesimal financial issue with a friend.

Fortunately, a friend that I've not heard from in over 5 or 6 years just contacted me on Whatsapp and we started talking.

As a good Muslim who also likes ibaadah and sodaqoh, I just hinted him about the situation of the Muslim prisoner and he gladly requested for Islamisgood Care Foundation account details.

Alhamdullillah, the sum of 25k was swiftly sent for the treatment of the vulnerable incarcerated Muslim who can only be saved by Allah from the current unintended, unimaginable and unplanned travails.

Just want to use this occasion to say "Jazakum'llah Khair" to you for being one of those who remained undeterred by the barrage of messages from Islamisgood Care Foundation unlike many others who deliberately ignored our messages and those who have deliberately blocked our number to avoid unsolicited messages through which we solicit financial support for less privileged Muslims.

In sha Allah, islamisgood Care Foundation is striving towards expanding its coast to make more impacts and touch more lives without necessarily bordering people with unsolicited requests on social media all the time.

Ekiti State Muslim Media Practitioners Begin Courtesy Visits To Media Houses, Call For Adherence To Best Ethical Practices, Accurate Reportage of Events Concerning Muslims, Islam

The Chairman, Muslim Media Practitioners of Nigeria (MMPN) Ekiti State chapter, Alhaji Yusuf Akeusola and members of the Association have begun courtesy visits to media organizations in the State. The MMPN Executives on Monday began with a visit to Fresh FM and Voice FM  both in Ado Ekiti where they were well received. The General Manager of Fresh FM, Mr Jide Ogunluyi was on ground to recieve the MMPN team while the Accountant recieved them on half of the Voice FM General Manager,  Management and staff. At the two private radio stations, MMPN chairman, Ekiti State highlighted the purpose of the visit with a special focus on the misrepresentation in  some sections of the media on issues related to the Ekiti Sharia Arbitration Panel.
